How It Works
Door to door isn’t a marketing phrase for us — it’s literally how we operate. We don’t have depots. We don’t transfer your vehicle between drivers. We collect from your address and deliver to the delivery address, full stop.
That means the same person who speaks to you on the phone, loads your car in your driveway and drives it interstate is the same person who unloads it at the destination. One point of contact. One set of hands on your vehicle.
We Arrive at Your Address
We come to you — home, work, workshop, storage. You tell us the address and we'll be there at the agreed time.
Vehicle Inspected & Loaded
We photograph the vehicle's condition before loading and walk you through it. It then goes into the enclosed trailer using our standard loading procedure.
Direct Transit — No Stops
Your vehicle doesn't change hands, doesn't sit in a depot and doesn't share a leg of the journey with a different driver.
Delivered to the Door
We unload at the delivery address in front of the recipient. Final photos taken, vehicle handed over. Done.
Common Questions
Do I need to do anything to prepare the vehicle?
Have roughly a quarter tank of fuel, remove any loose items from the interior, and make sure we have clear access to load. That's about it.
What if I'm not home at delivery?
We can arrange delivery with someone else present, or we'll coordinate a time that works for you. We don't deliver to driveways and leave, someone needs to accept the vehicle.
Can you collect from a private seller's address?
Yes — that's one of the most common requests we get. We collect from wherever the car currently is, whether that's a private home, workshop, auction house or storage facility.
What areas do you cover?
VIC, NSW, ACT, QLD and SA. (Occasional Perth, Cairns area)
