East Coast Towing & Transport
How It Works
Auction purchases are one of the most common reasons people call us. You’ve won the car you’ve been searching for — now you need to get it home safely, without putting kilometres on it or risking it on an open carrier.
We collect directly from major auction houses across Australia. Burns & Co, Chicane Auctions, Shannons, Pickles, Manheim, Grays — we know how auction collection works and we handle the paperwork at pickup.
Once we have the car, it goes straight into our enclosed trailer. No detours, no depot stops, door to door delivery to wherever you need it.
Contact Us Before or After the Auction
Ideally, get in touch before auction day so we can schedule around the pickup window. We can also arrange at short notice after you've won.
We Handle Auction Collection
We coordinate directly with the auction house, handle any required paperwork at pickup and load the vehicle under their supervision.
Enclosed Transport — No Exceptions
Your auction purchase travels in a fully enclosed, rubber-sealed trailer. The same level of care regardless of what you paid for it.
Delivered to Your Door
We deliver directly to your home, workshop or storage facility. You'll have the driver's number throughout and we'll notify you before we arrive.
Common Questions
Which auction houses do you collect from?
Burns & Co, Chicane Auctions , Seven82 Motors, Lloyds Auctions, Grays and most other major automotive auction houses across VIC, NSW, QLD and SA.
Can I arrange transport before auction day?
Yes — and we recommend it. Getting in touch before the auction means we can plan the route and confirm timing. If you win, we're already ready to move.
What if the car doesn't run or isn't driveable?
Common with auction purchases. We handle non-runners regularly. Let us know at booking and we'll bring the appropriate loading equipment.
How quickly can you collect after I win?
Usually within 2–4 days of the auction close, depending on the location. Some auction houses have strict collection windows — tell us the deadline and we'll work to it.
Is the car insured during transport?
Yes, we carry goods in transit insurance. Contact us for specifics relevant to your vehicle and purchase price.
100% Enclosed
