How It Works
Lowered cars are the jobs a lot of carriers knock back. Steep ramps, scraped lips, cracked splitters. We’d rather take the job and do it properly.
Our enclosed trailers accept vehicles with as little as 50mm of ground clearance and have 2.1m of internal height. That covers most lowered street cars, cars running front lips and splitters, and low-slung supercars straight from the factory.
Your car goes on at pickup and comes off at your door. No depot transfers, no rotating cast of loaders. You deal with Bailey from quote to delivery, and your car is loaded by Bailey or his brother Ash.
Tell Us How Low It Sits
Measure the lowest point at the front, usually the lip or splitter, and let us know when you book. Mention any wheel, suspension or aero mods. A photo helps, and you can upload one with your quote request.
We Plan the Load Before Pickup Day
We check your clearance against our loading setup before we arrive, so there are no surprises on the day. If anything needs to come off first, we'll tell you upfront.
Loaded Slow, Fully Enclosed
Your car goes on at the pace a low car needs, straight into a fully enclosed, rubber-sealed trailer. No weather, no road grime, no stone chips from the truck in front.
Delivered to Your Door
We deliver to your home, workshop or storage facility. You'll have the driver's number the whole way, photo updates along the route, and a call before we arrive.
Common Questions
What's the lowest car you can transport?
East Coast Towing & Transport's enclosed trailers take vehicles with a minimum of 50mm ground clearance, measured at the lowest point. If your car sits lower than that, call Bailey on 0408 107 425 before you book and we'll talk it through.
Can you move cars with front lips, splitters or side skirts?
Yes. Tell us what's fitted and how much clearance it leaves when you book. If a removable part sits lower than 50mm, we'll let you know upfront whether it needs to come off before loading.
Is enclosed transport worth it for a lowered car?
For most lowered and modified cars, yes. Open carriers leave the car exposed to rain, grit and stone chips, and often use steeper loading ramps. A fully enclosed, rubber-sealed trailer set up for low cars removes both problems.
How much does lowered car transport cost?
Lowered car transport is priced on the route and the car. Our indicative "from" prices are on the pricing page. Send through your route, car and ride height for a firm quote, and our price is our price.
Which routes do you run?
We run regular trips between Melbourne, Sydney, Brisbane, Adelaide and Canberra, plus Newcastle, the Gold Coast, the Sunshine Coast and North Queensland. Tasmania and Perth are available on request with pre-planning.
Is the car insured during transport?
Yes, we carry goods in transit insurance. Contact us for specifics relevant to your vehicle and its value.
100% Enclosed
Every run uses fully enclosed rubber-sealed trailers. No open carriers, ever.
